My name is Alonzo, and I’ve been an Apple-certified Mac technician since 2014, with more than a decade of experience supporting the Mac platform and helping people get the most out of their devices from Apple. Over the years I’ve worked with individuals, families, and small businesses to set up new Macs, troubleshoot problems, transfer data, and optimize entire Apple ecosystems.
